Terry A. Pennel is a state certified residential appraiser (OREA #AR012498) with almost 20 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento/central valley region as a trainee, staff appraiser, appraisal office manager and independent appraisal business owner. He holds a degree in mass communications, is a long-time member of the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA) and is an affiliate of the Placer County Association of Realtors.
Terry is approved with many major lenders including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Downey Savings, Washington Mutual, Citibank and Wachovia/World Savings. He is also an approved FHA roster appraiser.
