Terry Pennel has been a state certified residential appraiser since 1992 (OREA #AR012498) and has more than than 22 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley and Sacramento Central Valley region as a trainee, staff appraiser, appraisal office manager and independent appraisal business owner. He holds a degree in mass communications, is a long-time member of the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA) and is an affiliate of the Placer County Association of Realtors.

Terry has worked directly with many major lenders during the past 22 years and is on several AMC approved appraiser panels. He is also an approved FHA roster appraiser.
